Bored, bored, bored, bored, bored, bored, bored, bored, bored, bored, bored, bored, BORED!
Malach was bored, and that was neither a desirable nor safe situation for either him or anyone within line of sight of him... Caleb was being an arse. He was neither available nor was he amenable to Malach roaming free to grant wishes. All in all Malach was feeling frustrated, petty and … BORED!!!
He thought about drifting back into Caleb's games room where he kept all his little treasures and breaking something. He thought about just killing the next irritating human who approached him and asked a stupid question. He thought about a lot of things... briefly.
He was sprawled on a couch in the main bar of Styx, wearing not a great deal beyond a Greek style kilt and a long silken scarf which wound around him like it were a living thing. He hissed at yet another human who had dared to approach him and flipped onto his back to glare at the ceiling.
From the corner of his eye he could see the hastily retreating human head towards the bar, no doubt to complain about his antisocial behaviour. Damned if he could be bothered, burning the entire place to the ground was probably the most interesting prospect of the evening.

Melissa was getting a headache, could vampires get headaches? She sighed as she rubbed her temples and leaned against the bar stand. She looked to see another human complain about Malach.
"I will speak to him." She said coolly. She couldn't do anything about the creature, he was bored, and she couldn't blame him. She couldn't figure out what he was, he wasn't human, demon, lycan or vampire, that stumped her. She pushed herself off the bar stand, and jumped over it, She landed gracefully on her feet, and made her way to the bored man. Tonight, she wore a black polyester top, that mainly just covered her breasts. As for bottoms, she decided to wear dark blue thigh length skirt.
Her pale skin stood out against the color of these clothes, but she didn't care. Some may call they way she dressed slutty, but this was for work, and sex sells. She leaned against the back of the couch, and tapped on his shoulder. "Be nice" She said with a smirk on her forever young face..
She tucked her hair behind her ear, and laid her her cheek against her hand. Her long brown hair was layered, and wavy tonight. Tomorrow it would be different, it never stayed the same. She then moved to the end of the couch, sitting down, looking at him.
A grin appeared on her face, her eyes full of history and knowledge through her years of 'living.' The vampire woman played with the end of her hair sighing. "Go find someone to play with, if your so bored." She suggested.

Malach's acute senses had heard the human's inevitable complaints and also the vampire's response, so he simply listened absently to her moving gracefully and near silently towards him and he was not the least bit surprised when she tapped him on the shoulder. “I am being nice...” he growled petulantly. “...every single one of the whineing little monkeys is still alive aren't they...?”
He rolled over quite suddenly, propping himself up on his elbows to look quite intently at her. The move left the linen kilt somewhat rucked up and his buttocks with their curving sensual tattoo-like markings exposed to the room. “If you like the humans so much you go fuck with them... such infants don't interest me.” He smirked at her and pouted his sensual lips. “Or perhaps you are offering to entertain me?”
Malach's tongue flickered over his lips and his mismatched and jewel-like eyes glittered dangerously. The Djinn had been masters of pleasure and pain since before mankind had learned to walk upright and Malach was no exception to their legacy of beauty, sensuality and danger. His eyes roamed over the vampire's body, his gaze like a knife, cutting through her clothing to the skin beneath. “Oh, if I were free to pick a playmate do you not think I would?” he purred.
He blinked at her languidly. “It would probably destroy you, but I could promise you would enjoy it.” His soft laughter sounded like tinkling bells, but he stretched out along the couch with all the beauty and contained danger of a tiger without a leash.

"Never said I liked humans, don't hate them either. They are my life source, and its fun to play mind games with them." She said as she leaned against the couch. She felt his eyes, on her, and it made her grin. She glanced at him, her eyes gleamed with mischief and dark promises. She then looked away, not going to fall for his charms, so soon. "Humans, are not the greatest lovers, but their blood is the best during sex, or they are truly afraid.
She shuddered and licked her lips at the thought, but then, again she was thinking of the past. She ran her tongue over her fangs, and blinked. "Damn" She hated when this happened, she blink a couple times, and looked at him again, her eyes going to his butt, and she grinned. "Nice ass" She commented in a soft purr, and she looked him over. "Oh I'm sure, you'd pick a playmate. But finding a good playmate, is such a hard task" A pout came onto her full lips.
"Me? Entertain you?" She thought for a moment, and grinned. She crawled over him, slowly and sensually, purring softly. Her fingers danced, feather light against the back of his thighs and back. "I don't think, I could live up to your standards, love." She leaned into his ear, nipping it, before suddenly getting off of him. She sat back down at the end of the couch, she sighed again. "Time for work." She blew him a kiss, and got up slowly. "Try to be friendly" she playfully scowled Malach. Melissa then walked back to the bar, and began to tend to the customers. She easily seduced and flirted with the humans into buying more goods.

“A necessary irritation...” he smirked, “...no more, and rarely worth the effort of playing with.” He returned her grin with a delightfully wicked one of his own. “Some of you vampires have at least had time to realise that pleasure is an art-form...” and he gave her a smile that was next to beatific, so totally at odds with his grin of the second before. Malach tensed his buttocks teasingly as she commented and grinned again, the patterns across them shimmered tantalizingly as they caught the light.
“Human lovers, human blood, human boredom...” he stuck his tongue out at her and it flickered snake-like. “Yesss... why don't you entertain me...?” He moaned softly as her fingers traced across his bare skin which was soft and hairless and velvet smooth to the touch. His entire body began to undulate sinuously beneath her as she crawled over him, managing to brush lightly against every bare inch of her skin and particularly her nipples through the thin polyester top she wore, and the velvet nap texture of his tattoos tickled against the skin of her inside thigh.
When she nipped at his ear her fangs met with far more resistance than she could possibly have anticipated. Though soft as silk to touch his skin seemed resistant as steel mesh. He hissed in disappointment as she rose from the couch and he watched her walk away with a curious and predatory gaze. There were not many things that could watch a vampire in that speculative fashion and more than one customer looked hurriedly away.
Malach slid from the couch, the kilt falling again in a reasonable semblance of decency, and glided over to the bar where he hoped up and seated himself on the counter top, conspicuously inconveniently for her. He sat cross legged toying with the rather sharp knife used for cutting limes that he seemed to have picked up from the cutting board without her notice. He smirked at her. “Friendly ...mmm?”

The young vampire woman, blinked at the confident male, that perched himself on the counter top. She shook her head and smirked as she leaned against the counter. Melissa looked at the male, the creature male, and her eyes glinted with wicked promise. She snatched the knife away from him and set it down. "Don't play with things, you can't handle" She teased, she flicked her tongue along his cheek. "I have to be friendly around here, I might get fired or punished by Caleb" She said. "Not the fun punishment either"
She faced him fully now, her eyes looked his sinful body over. She wouldn't mind bedding him, over and over again, then some more. "Now, why would I entertain you? I have all these lovely humans to attend to" She waved her hand toward their direction. She closed her eyes and pushed herself off the counter, her tongue over her lips, and she winked at him. "If you manage to make the humans go away willingly, I'll do whatever you want" She challenged as she ran her hands over her polyester top, her chest felt senseitve with want.
It's been so long since she had someone to bed. Human lost their touch over the few hundred years. She shook her head, clearing her thoughts, and looked at Malach. "I've been told, I can do wicked things with my tongue" She teased as she walked away from him, her hips swaying, slowly and with purpose. She felt human's eyes on her, and grinned, as she turned to talk to one of them, easily confusing him by speaking french.
The human male looked at her, and blinked, before getting angry. He rose a hand to slap her, she snatched his hand and hissed. "I can easily tear your hand off of your wrist, I can bathe in your blood. So watch it," She tightened her hold on his hand, bruising it badly, but no permanent damage. She let it go and had him thrown out of the club.

Malach laughed lightly as the young vampire snatched away the knife. It wasn't like he had any use for the little toy after all, it had simply been there and such shiny little knick-knacks had a terrible habit of finding their way into his curious and acquisitive hands. The humans had a saying regarding idle hands and the Devil, well devils in Malach's opinion, when compared to the Djinn, had no imagination whatsoever...
His eyes rested again on Melissa, “Oh you have no idea what I can handle little butterfly” he pouted, “...although, perhaps you would like to find out?” He simply watched with a superior little smile as she toyed with and disposed of the stupid human male. Then with a suggestive lick of his lips and a dangerous smile he began crawling along the bar. “...and I can be very, very friendly if I have a mind to be...” he purred as he crawled towards her.
He turned his gaze on the human just in front of the vampire and his jewel-like eyes burned with an inner fire. “What do you want?” he asked the man sweetly before Melissa could take his order. The man blinked, looking momentary lost. “I... um... I... can't remember...” he muttered and still looking a little confused he retreated from the bar back towards the group of humans he had just come from.
“Whatever I want?” Malach smirked as he turned back towards her. “Now that is a most intriguing offer...”

"Butterfly? Never been called that before." Thinks for a moment, and smiles. "Thanks, though" When he crawled over to her, she shuddered. Such naughty and graphic thoughts put into her little head. The things they could do on the counter, were endless. She shook her head, to clear those thoughts, so she can use them on him later. She kisses his cheek and sighs as her customer goes away. "Hey" She pouted cutely. The vampiress sighed softly and leaned against the counter, facing him. "What the hell? Fine. I'll play your game." She said as she leaned toward him, letting her cool tongue brush against his lips.
She let her fingers brush against his back, barely even touching him. "I aim to please others, my darling Malach. Hope I don't disappoint." She grins as she pulls away from him. "I gotta go in back for....bar stuff" She waved her hand, and walked away, Her body was tingling with excitement. She close her eyes as her eyes became a darker color, due to being aroused and excited. When she opened her eyes, she went on her tip toes to reach for a old bottle of wine. She glared as she couldn't reach it, and sighed. "Fucking hate, being short"
Malach was abnormal and he doing a very good job at seducing her. She ran her tongue over her teeth, and began to wonder if his blood was any good. She shook her head of those thoughts again, and finally grabbed the bottle, and huffed. She closed her eyes and set the bottle down. She was hungry too, that didn't help her eye color. But she could hold off, from feeding till her shift was over.

Malach chuckled wickedly at the vampire's momentary uncertainty. He liked it when they were off-balance, minds racing, thoughts and emotions flickering across their faces... it wasn't as good as the faces they pulled in shock or surprise but it was still fun to watch. He purred as she leant towards him to tease his lips with the flicker of her tongue. “Of course you will play...” he smirked, “I have all the very best games...” His lips left the lingering taste of strawberries on her tongue, both sharp and sweet.
He could feel the tense excitement growing in her body as she played her feather-light caress across his naked back and his skin shivered sensitively at her every touch. Malach was in a dangerously playful mood tonight and he didn't think the vampire was going to be a disappointment to him at all. When she pulled away again and retreated into the store behind the bar, Malach took advantage of her distracted preoccupation to slip silently from the counter after her.
The door she passed through was fairly secure, it was a bar after all, and the merchandise behind it of some considerable value to its owners. With a snicker he locked the door solidly behind her and unobserved by the now neglected customers his form dissolved into a shimmering golden mist that seeped fluidly and silently under the heavy door to snake through the stores and reform on the other side perched high on the storage shelves where Malach could look down at the vampire to watch the immanent fun.

When she heard the door shut and lock, all of a sudden, Melissa frowned. She set the wine down, and grabbed the handle and jerked it, confirming that it was locked. She had yet to noticed she was being watched by Malach. "Caleb, I swear to god. If you locked this door, I'll kick your ass for this!" She shouted. When she didn't get a response she frowned. Of course, she easily could get out. The door couldn't handle the vampire strength she held. Melissa shook her head and went to tear the door off its hinges, when she felt eyes on her.
This made her stop, and grin. "Not very nice, to lock a woman up in a room." She said turning away from the door. She searched for him, until she saw where he was perched. She crossed her arms over her bosom. "Such a naughty man." A smirk played over her soft lips. She let her arms fall to her hands, and leaned against the wall, looking at him, "Well, this just proves your not human. No human can move that fast, or silent" She tilted her head the side. "Nor vampire, you don't have the right scent or aura to be one." She frowned.
"Can't be a demon, the eyes and attitude isn't right. Thank god, your not lycan, you'd smell, if you were" She thought for a moment. "Could be a mutant of some sort. I've dealt with plenty of mutants over my time" She shrugged, not really caring at the moment. "But I like a mystery man, makes my.....life more exciting" She flicked her light blue eyes over his form, and licked her lips, and grinned. "Malach, you are a true wonder, its being a very long time since someone intrigued me." She ran her fingers through her hair, and let fall back against her slim pale shoulders.

Caleb had been out doing business for a few days. He had needed to get much done and had made quite the investment it seemed. He moved through his club with ease and stood leaning solidly against a wall that kept him in shadows as he crossed his arms and watched Malach with Melissa. His anger was evident in the clenching of his jaw but the two didn't seem to notice him. He knew Malach wasn't up to any good and neither was obviously Melissa. As he watched Malach dematerialize and move underneath the door he began to move over to it. He pulled out the key to the door even as he had heard Melissa saying she'd kick his ass. Oh, the girl vampire didn't know manners at all and obviously didn't know him well enough at all either.
He listened though as the woman spoke and the lock clicked unheard with her voice. He immediately opened the door and closed it behind him. He locked it and put the keys back into his pocket. "Oh, and what do I find here? A little birdie told me that someone wanted to kick my ass?" His words were calm and still with the very elegance of old age and being of good birth. "And what do you think you are doing, Malach? Playing games without me?" His eyes shown his disdain and anger at the two. "Perhaps you wished me gone for longer so you may play more?" He ran his tongue over his bottom lip.
He moved then to make a grab at Melissa's throat and if he caught her he would then shove her against the wall. "I think you have overstepped me very much, my dear. I think you do not listen at all. I have rules for a reason. You know better than messing with what is mine." He looked over his shoulder at Malach. "And you... What do you think you were doing?" He slowly brought his hard gaze back to Melissa. "Perhaps I should teach you a very good lesson. One to keep you remembering what I mean when I say something." He leaned down to whisper in her ear even as waves of contained anger slid off of him.

“No-one has ever accused me of being 'nice' little butterfly...” Malach purred as the vampire finally spotted him. “...and I certainly never claimed to have ever been human...” his musical voice put an odd inflection on the last word, as if he found the very idea of it to be somehow distasteful. “A demon? Hmmm... well at least some of them have a sense of humour.” He rolled onto his back, his head hanging off the shelf so he was peering down at her upside down like a cat. “You don't think I would make a good angel then?” he smirked. “They may be boring but they are pretty...” He giggled. “Why don't you come up here and join me butterfly?”
Malach's face broke into a grin as Caleb made his presence known. The elder vampire had been gone too long but now he was back Malach's irritation at his absence was instantly forgotten. The Djinn was nothing if not fickle. “You wouldn't have liked this game...” he laughed lightly, answering even Caleb's rhetorical questions as he always did and despite the thunder in Caleb's eyes Malach responded only with his usual flirtatious humour. “You left me alone too long already...” he pouted, “You didn't let me play and so I got bored.”
“I have been entertaining myself...” Malach gave a self-satisfied grin. “I didn't even break anything... yet.”

Melissa hissed at Caleb out of instinct, when he grabbed her throat, and shoved her smaller body against the wall. She didn't like being grabbed and dominated over, not like this. "I only said, that because I thought you were the culprit for locking me in here." She said as she wrapped her hands around his wrist, to pull his hand away. "It's not like I could kick your ass anyway, you're strong and more skilled than I" She easily admitted. She glanced at Malach and sighed. "He was scaring customers and they were complaining. I figured I'd keep him occupied for a bit." She smirked at Malach before turning her light blue gaze back to Caleb, the man that held her by her throat.
"Besides, he interests me. I never came a cross his kind before." She said with a tilt of her head. The young woman, blinked at Caleb when he mentioned teaching her a lesson. "A lesson? Like torture or punishment?" She smirked and flicked her tongue over her bottom lip. "You can try, I suppose. I doubt you can do anything to me, that hasn't been done before." She didn't like being tortured, but it only make her stronger in the end. She snickered at her new pet name as of now. "Butterfly? Though, I like the name. What makes you think I'm a butterfly, Malach?" She rose a fine thin brow. Her small, yet strong, slender hands were now off of Caleb's wrist, and on her hips. She wasn't going to show Caleb fear, but she did respect him to a point, by not arguing or fighting back.
If her heart would beat like a normal human, it would beating rapidly. Not because of fear, but of excitement. She was not enjoying the situation she was in, but everything was happening so fast, that was giving her burst of adrenaline, that she didn't really need. She licked her lips again, smirked to herself mentally. Most females would consider themselves lucky to be in a room with two handsome, and intelligent men, but she knew better than that. Caleb was mad at her, and she couldn't blame him. But Malach was forbidden fruit, and she couldn't resist the urge to flirt and want to 'play' with him.

Caleb had been listening in on the conversation prior to his showing himself. "As for being nice I can accuse Malach of that. He is very nice when he wants something quite a bit." He shook his head with a sigh. "You know Melissa, you should stay away from things that can kill you with ease. You should hide in a box and only come out to drink with your lack of respect to your elders. And furthermore..." He looked over at Malach. "If she goes up there I'll show you quite the game."
He saw the grin as he made his presence known and smirked. "I had business to attend to, Malach. Some times I have to be away for a bit and you pick up a young vampire that can't even fathom what you are or understand it." Disdain etched his words at that. He turned back to Melissa and brought his face close to her ear breathing in her scent even as she had wrapped her hands about his wrist like she could even get free from his hand. He could clench it and break every bone in her neck if he wanted to.
"I scare customers or haven't you noticed that, Melissa. I don't care that he scares them. And what you mean is keep him entertained..." He looked down along her body for emphasis. "Do you challenge me, Melissa?" He asked as she told him he could try torturing and punishing her and that he couldn't do anything that hasn't been done to her. "I wouldn't say such delicious things to a man that can easily break your neck and wait for it to heal before breaking every bone in your body. Only I'd wait for you to heal again..."
He tilted his head and looked over at Malach with a smirk. "Butterfly, eh? I wonder what you would use to describe me." He turned his head back to facing Melissa and leaned in close so that their lips would brush with his words. "Why he calls you butterfly... What a butterfly is is pretty, fragile, and pinned to be admired. I see three out of three here at the moment. One a beauty. Two fragile and easily to tear apart. And three your pinned to a wall by me." His lips brushed hers even as his free hand moved to slide along her arm. "Are you going to offer to entertain me as well, Melissa?" He whispered against her lips before kissing her hard. But soon he broke the kiss and looked over at Malach with a smirk.

Malach giggled again when Caleb called him 'nice'. There were a lot of different meanings that could be applied to that word... one or two were even apropos for him and no doubt Caleb had figured by now exactly which ones those were. Obviously she wouldn't be joining him now, though he would have found it amusing to watch her try. He just blinked his jewel-like eyes and continued to watch the little mini-drama play out. This was even better than he had hoped for when he had locked the door.
“I was bored.” Malach repeated lightly in response to Caleb's smirking comment, as if that were all the explanation that ever needed to be given for anything he did. Caleb's disdain was wasted on the Djinn who had a frighteningly low opinion of most forms of life and made little distinction between them at all unless it suited him to do so. He was far more curious to see if Caleb was going to take up Melissa's challenge and how.
His laughter fell like tinkling bells as Caleb extrapolated on his jest of words. He would also have added ephemeral, but Caleb had as usual grasped the essence of Malach's rather wicked humour. He had also asked another question. “Remora?” Malach suggested with a chuckle, “Ophiophagus?” It amused him to both flatter and insult with the same word and Caleb had asked. It was still not wise to play that game with Caleb but it was Malach's nature, and he was a slave to it.
Malach looked a little puzzled as Caleb's lips brushed those of the other vampire and frowned as he began to caress her arm. He hadn't been expecting that. Not at all. When Caleb kissed her he hissed softly and dissolving to a glittering, golden shower he poured down from the high shelves and retook his humanoid form stood behind Caleb. When Caleb looked back at him, entirely unsurprised to see him stood there, Malach pouted petulantly.
He wrapped his arms possessively around Caleb's waist, rubbing himself sinuously against the vampire's back and obviously aroused to be doing so. “I want to play...” he whispered sibilantly in Caleb's ear. “Play with mee...”
