Basic Human Zombies
NOTE This thread is strictly informational and zombies are a non-selectable species.
People who are infected with the mutated rabies virus become zombies.
-They have little to no intellect and act on pure instinct.
-If they see a living creature, they will attack and attempt to eat it.
-They require flesh to sustain themselves.
-They never sleep and never feel tired or pain.
-They often travel in packs.
-They are able to live until they rot to the point of becoming nothing but bone and ash.
-If a meta-human, human, or mutant is bitten or comes in contact with the blood of a zombie, than they will turn into a zombie within two days. For a pretty penny they can put themselves in a frozen state until a cure is found.
-If a Lycan becomes bitten or comes into contact with a zombie, then they undergo a permanent rabid state.
-For unknown reasons, zombies fear Angels and Demons and will run away from them.
The only true way to kill a zombie is to destroy the brain. Decapitation only results in zombies head rolling around biting ankles. The brain must be destroyed. This can be done with bullets, grenades, rocket launchers, fire, blunt weapons, etc.
Slag is the name give by the Holy Order to infected Vampires. They are mutated creatures who are strong and fast yet blind. They use their uncanny sense of hearing to find and attack anything that moves. It is possible to avoid detection by a Slag if you are very still and down wind from them. If a human is bitten by a Slag, they will become a Slag, not a Zombie. They hunt in packs and live in hives that are consistantly hunted by the Holy Order. They cannot come out in the daylight and must be killed the same way you kill any other vampire.
This is what a Lycan becomes if they are infected with the zombie virus. They are in a permanent rabid state albeit not undead. They can be killed like any other Lycan but they are much more vicious and can pass on the zombie virus.
