It took a while for him to open his eyes again. Maybe this was something he just needed. Like a time out to come to his senses again? He almost seemed surprised that she was still there.
Then he stood up and walked towards her. He was tall, she was short. Ofcourse she was used to being the shortest, but when Dylan was facing her like that she had to look up to look him into the eye. She hated that about being short. It made her look less serious?
'Are you really just skipping work?' he said so soft that she had trouble hearing what he said. Was she? Part of it was indeed skipping work. The other part? 'I can't just leave you here now can I?' she replied with a grin. She gave him a playful push; her attempt of trying to cheer him up. 'Are you trying to get rid of me? It ain't working.. till the medic arrives, you're stuck with me.' she laughed, trying to lighten the mood.. and to get the topic to a better subject.
Suddenly she realised that Dylan probably had the same problem as her. Not fitting in because they were different. The only difference was that with Dylan; everybody knew he was different. She wished she could share with him; make him understand that he wasn't the only one different. Yet, she couldn't.

He was prepared to be annoyed by her words. The last thing he needed (or wanted) was someone coddling him. He could wait in the medic's tent unsupervised. Unless they thought he was going to break something. That was a fairly legitimate fear. The constant therapies and possible cures brought out the worst in him. And there were plenty of breakable things in here.
The push caught him off guard. He grabbed one of her wrist, raising an eyebrow. "Stuck with you?" He repeated, just as he realized that probably didn't need to be said. And he was trying to speak only when necessary. For the moment, he pushed the thought aside, a wicked grin lighting up his face. With his grip still on her wrist, he pulled her closer. "I'm volatile." He said, hoping his voice was as low and full of innuendos as he hoped. "Aren't you frightened?"

She tried to resist when he pulled her closer. It made no difference, he was way to strong for her. She wiggled her wrist, but he had a firm grip. "I'm volatile." Well that was certainly true. She wouldn't deny that. In the short amount of time that she spend with him, he had shown a whole array of emotions. And where did this came from?
'Should I be afraid?' she replied, trying to keep her voice steady. She didn't wanted to tick him off even more, but she wasn't sure what to say. It seemed like the most random things made him pissed. Everytime she let her guard down he becamee aggrivated again. 'Let me go Dylan' she added while trying to pull loose her wrist. She didn't like the situation she was in. In fact, she was getting a bit nervous.

He liked it that she couldn't get away. More than he should. Now she was the helpless one and he was in control. She was nervous. One look at her face proved it. "Don't worry." He said, leaning in. Her face was akin to the Elders when Dylan first started breaking things. Their eyes were so wide, her could've practically seen their thoughts. It was mostly along the lines of "Why is he doing this? What's going on?" At least, that's what he imagined them to be.
"Not sure." He answered honestly. He wasn't in a particularly violent mood at the moment. But he was enjoying the look on her face. Would he hurt her? Just to prove a point? Of all the times he'd broken something, it had always been a thing, not a person. And Raine was just so...helpless. Did she have anyone in this world to protect her? He let go of her wrist slowly. "Still think I can't get rid of you?" He said quietly.
He turned and walked away, just a few steps. He didn't want to wait here anymore. He was tired of miracle cures that ended up being duds, of treatments that only made things worse. He was done with the medic and her stupid medicine. He ran a hand through his hair. He was pretty sure he sighed.

"Still think I can't get rid of you?" He said quietly. So this was all an act to scare her away? She cursed the fact that she was so small and weak. But it wasn't an excuse to let him intimidate her like this. Her mood went from confused and scared, to angry and scared.
Now she was definitely not going away. She looked at Dylan who was standing with his back towards her. Should she? Just to show him that she wasn't completely helpless? Since she found out about her powers; she had only used them once to diminish someone's powers. In the other cases she gave people a boost when they needed them badly. She was afraid to use them to much in case anyone would find her out. It wasn't like she needed to say a spell or something, but she did have to focus.
No... she wouldn't use her powers unless she really felt threatened. She sat down with a stubborn look on her face. 'Look Dylan, I already said I wouldn't leave you here alone..' and now she was definitely not going to do it. What if he trashed the place? At the moment she saw him capable of it. He was like this giant, strong, stubborn teenager going through puberty.

He didn't know why he decided to turn around. He didn't really want to know what was happening. But he did. He realized she was speaking. He grit his teeth together. On one hand, it said something for how normal he acted that she forgot so easily. On the other, it was like a slap in the face to be reminded. He watched her lips intently, but he only caught the last few words.
"...you here alone." He frowned. "What?" He asked, confused. And just like that, he was angry again. He hated this. People could talk literally right behind him and he would have no idea. He ran a hand through his hair, exhaling heavily. His mouth moved rapidly, forming every swear word he could think of, but no sound came out. He didn't know how he sounded when he was angry, but he was willing to bet it was pathetic.

Alright it was really intimidating to see him cursing to himself like that. At least; that's what she guessed he was doing. He was moving his lips, but he didn't make any sound. His whole body language was saying: 'I AM FURIOUS.' There was just something about the way he looked. Not just anger, but more.. deeper.
Raine was afraid he would go and break something. Would she be hold responsable for it? Probably not, but why take the chance... Slowly she stretched her fingers. She still wasn't 100% about this, but it seemed like a safer option than letting Dylan trash the place. She focused on Dylan, squinting her eyes just slightly. She had to make no abnormal movements.
[OOC: I'll let you describe what happens to Dylan since it your character, if you got questions about it or something.. maybe we can PM about it?]
