Basic Information

Age: 20
Sex: Female
Sexual Orientation: Bi
Personal Information
Physical Description:
Dani stands at a nice 5'4', she is the exact image of what a cheerleader looks like. Her skin is rather fair, never too pale, or never too tan, no matter how long she may sit in the sun (which she does alot). Her hair is a light strawberry blonde with natural darker caramel high lights and bounces in smooth, soft waves around her shoulders. Her eyes are a bright, sky-blue, always dancing it seems. Her bottom lip is fuller than her top and often pokes out into a rather cute pout.
Attitude:
Dani is very naive, she believes that everyone has some good in them, even if they don't. So often she'll be in dangerous situations because of it. She has a good output on life and is always in a cheery mood. There is never a time when she isn't grinning. She can be shy and sometimes it can take a while to actually start having a full, long conversation with someone, normally she'll get along great with anyone she meets though.
All her life she's been the "good girl". She did this to make her parents happy, who believed that if their child wasn't just perfect they would never amount to much. But there are times where she has rebellious moments, which will result in her dying her hair red. Dani is also sarcastic and doesn't know when to shut her mouth, she loves getting the last word in. But she isn't a moron, she knows that there are just some people you don't back talk.
Abilities:
+Zoophilic Telepathology+
Dani has always been sensitive around animals, every animal would trust her, even the wildest dog would allow her to pet her. This power is not as easy as it sounds, an animal doesn't have thoughts as we do, their mind stream mostly involves pictures and flashes to communicate. She watches their body movement and puts them together with the pictures they send her.
-Suggesting- By sending different images to an animal she is able to get it to do what she asks, this ability requires her full attention, or it can turn bad for her. This can work for virtually any animal, even shapeshifter, werewolves, ect, but there's no guarantee it will work. For a werewolf this can be exceedingly difficult, especially if it keeps it's human thoughts and emotions while in other form. It is something she's only tested out once and luckily it ended well. She prefers not to do it that often, she also prefers not to get near them anyways.
-Both of these powers are difficult are virtually impossible to use on non-land animals and insects, though if she steps in water fish will surround her feet and follow every step she makes until she leaves the water.
History:
Born Danielle Lily Dae to Lauren and James Dae on New Years Day, at exactly midnight Danielle was raised in the upper side of New York. She only went to the best schools there were and wore the most expensive clothes. Being an only child to her rich parents she received all their attention, which is not a good thing. If their daughter wasn't the absolute best she would be beat and locked in her room for days on end.
Danielle, with her personality matching that of a kitten's, hated being confined. Even with the threats of danger outside she would often find herself escaping using ways that her parents thought bordered on unnatural, which was hardly the case. The young blonde simply had gotten a key made to help her unlock the windows and doors. She found herself doing this often and soon those streets became a second home, she knew every one like the back of her hand, and always stayed from the alleyways.
The move to New Vegas hit Danielle hard, the fact that she had to stay in 'protection' behind an electric fence hardly fit well with the teen. Once again she found herself creating ways to escape and going 'outside'. She learned a lot of these streets, mostly how the use the ability her parents hated, even tried to make the girl forget about them. But how do you forget when every animal instantly loves you?
In her first day of high school she met a girl that her parents would look down on, literally, and forged a friendship with her. Alex, she had no last name, she told Danielle. This girl convinced "Dani", as she called her, to run away from home at 17. After that Dani became a petty thief to make the money to feed herself, something she'd never had to resort to. It took Dani several months to get used to the fact that everything she wanted had to now be earned, or stolen.
After months of depending on each other the two developed a sexual relationship, Dani soon found out several things about Alex. The other teenager has servere jealousy issues, she learned this after Alex almost killed a boy that started to flirt with Dani. Afterwards Dani tried to get away from Alex, who was becoming even more paranoid. Alex would finally be killed by a group of Zombies.
Dani luckily was a survivor, and she cut all ties to her old life, changing her last name to Firenze. She soon realized the possibilities of her abilities and often use them to feed herself. She now lives her life through petty thievery, using her innocent looks and charm to pick-pocket anyone who she could trick.
To her New Vegas will never be like New York, those streets that she once called her home would stay in her heart as she grew used to this life she now lived.
Recently she found herself a job among one Angelique Marovich as a bartender, something that has helped tempt her away from her pick-pocketing tendencies.

New Year's Eve, an hour and a half before Dani once again passed the minute of her birth. It was more special than others, though she knew that there were plenty of people born on New Year's day, but she had been the very first baby born of her year. she was even featured in the news. But she was always featured in the news back then, to the point it seemed natural to her. Those years were gone now and this "princess" no longer lived that life anymore.
She walked to Times Square, trying to squeeze past the excited tourists that came every year to see the ball drop. This was a sight she also loved to watch, had came to watch for as long as she could remember. Even now she tried to keep this little tradition going, the one constant thing in her life. Dani no longer had parties, often buying herself a large cupcake for herself and maybe a new outfit it she had gotten enough money. This night was no different, she had found an outfit that she instantly bought, despite the fact of the weather. At least it wasn't snowing.
She watched as couples talked, leaning against each other for warmth. Friends chatted and laughed, people her age with not a care in the world, just to enjoy themselves. This was the thing that Dani missed the most of her old life, the best friends that were always there. She lost these friends the day she ran away from the life of luxury.
She finally came closer to her destination and the more crowded it became. She paused at the curb, taking a deep breath before darting across the street. Dani had always been a fast runner, and rather athletic. She didn't only look the part of a cheerleader, she used to be one and loved to stay in shape. She stepped on the sidewalk just as a car rushed by behind her, making her heart race slightly. Finally the blonde made it to where she wanted to be, the perfect place to watch the ball drop. Here she let herself go back and start random conversations to pass the time.
She was no longer the girl who lived on the streets, used her innocent looks to steal from unsuspecting people, but for now, she was the blonde who was enjoying herself in a long lived tradition that she was sharing with others for tonight. In an hour she would turn twenty, and while others hoped to just lose weight as their resolution or clean the basement, she hoped for a change in her life. To get off the streets and have a bed to sleep in, something more stable than this. She didn't enjoy haven't to worry if she would go to sleep hungry tonight, or if she would even survive. As she looked into the sky at the giant ball, the moonlight reflecing in her blue pools, she could only hope. "I come here every year to see this, and still it hasn't stopped amazing me." she said to no one in particular as her fingers played with the edge of her skirt.
An hour to go.
