Name: Briella "Brie" Valcorne
Age: 154/Appears 27
Sex: Female
Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual
Species: Vampire
Physical Description: Brie is uniquely graceful her movements are fluid motions even when done in self-defense. She was chosen for her beautiful features by her sire. As she appeared to be identical to a lost love, he had yet to forget and longed for each day. Her deep crimson locks are soft curls about her features sometimes wild she has been known to bleach them blonde or cut them short to chin length as they are frustrating at times to her when she's training. Features are soft and innocent she's easily capable of fooling her opponents or being underestimated making her invaluable for covert operations or just perfect for a close bodyguard who can be taken everywhere. Her petite build brings a new meaning to the phrase "Dynamite comes in small packages." As she stands only 5'4" 120lbs she surprises most at her excellent quick adaption to combat skills and weaponry. Adapting quickly is a trait she has had since before she was sired. It's one of the things her sire loved best. He liked to try to keep her guessing at something new everyday.
Attitude: She is eager to learn new things constantly and is often consumed with training. As of late with the death of her sire she has become a little specific about where her things are almost to the point of it being a little OCD she will actually fuss or yell if something is out of place which she can tell if things are moved. As of late she appears pensive, closed off or quiet her emotions get the better of her, and she doesn't know how to show them properly anymore. She hungers to fill a whole that has been left in her with the loss of her sire. The only way she knows how as of late is to lose herself in work.
Abilities: Aside from the typical Vampiric abilities, Briella excels in combat situations. Having a natural talent to adapt and over come most obstacles she's often known to for being able to pull out a miracle in a pinch at times. Not a literal miracle but she's just good with sticky situations at times. Extremely limber and flexible is known for being a contortionist.
Her weaknesses tend to run a bit weird. From her OCD tendency to have everything in its place at the time and where she put it. To the point when she cleans her weapons if she's upset or nervous. She's not good at dealing with her emotions she tries to be cold hearted when she's not.
Sometimes irrational of her personal life as she has a desire to show she can take care of herself as well as finish any mission or job she's been given. Will often go out of her way to do whatever it takes even if it risks her idiosyncratic life.
Though she can climb walls and move to high places she hates it. Doing it only because she needs to she's known to become cranky and down right aggressive and temperamental when she's forced to chase someone or climb up to do something she doesn't think needs to be done. She refuses to explain or tell anyone why she has such an irrational hatred for it.
History: The year was 1889 when Briella Raine Lyons was born. She was a sturdy and steadfast child to Collin and Aislynn Lyons in Dublin Ireland. She grew up on her parent's farm. Her life before she was sired was pretty simple for a long time. She adapted well to most situations and eventually took to be her father's sidekick as he joined the Irish Republican Brotherhood. Briella ever the tomboy never took to the petticoats and corsettes most of the girls of that time took to. She was known for tucking her hair beneath her fathers old cap, donning a pair of his pants and oversized shirt to cover her blossoming curves as they ran amuck against the British rule. This went on for years as Briella aged. Briella was a lady by day and her father's partner in crime at night.
At the age of 27 Briella and her father joined up with the rest of the Irish Republican Brotherhood for the Easter Rising. An insurrection staged in Ireland during the Easter Week, 1916 one of the most significant uprisings in Ireland since the rebellion of 1798. After seven days the uprising was suppressed. Her father was captured and executed. Briella escaped with only the clothing on her back. Her father had sacrificed himself so that his daughter would never be caught. Since she had dressed as a young man the soldiers never looked for a girl. She returned home to collect her mother take their meager belongings and take a ship to the united states as immigrants.
The journey was arduous and unfortunately Briella's mother wrought with grief, and frailty caught influenza. Dying on the journey over, she stood on the decks of the ship and watched as the captain spoke few works before dumping her mothers canvas wrapped body into the waves. She lost everything. Her father, her home, and now her mother. It was on the ship's journey the night of her mother's funeral that Lorcan first spotted Briella. He had stood there thinking he saw a ghost. She was the image of his beloved long dead wife Fiona. It ripped his heart in two seeing her. She brought back the memories of his first love refusing him after his transformation, he had returned to her. Unbeknownst to Briella it was that night that He started to follow her keeping tabs on her and watching over her. His past grief and scorn eating away slowly at him.
As they landed in America Briella departed from the ship after surviving the trip, she entered America a free woman but, lost to the world around her. As always, Briella did what she must and became a lady of the night at one of the local Saloons. Knowing how to keep herself safe she did this for several nights still unknowing of Lorcan and his slow descent into madness the more he watched her. She didn't know she was striking the heart of Lorcan. Unable to stand seeing her like this, he was sure to become one of her preliminary clients. The initial night it was simple he needed to hear her voice to just spend time with her to hold her. The next night as Lorcan had come to claim her again he was enraged to find her leading another man to her room up the stairs. Stalking Briella and her John at the time up the stairs and preceded to claim what he now felt was his. Killing the man in a fit of rage he turned on Briella attacking her as well. When he realized what he had done he quickly turned her in the hopes of saving her.
It was not always paradise for the two for Briella felt he had stolen her soul. It took centuries for the love he desired of Briella to take shape. He placated her by teaching her everything she wished to know. Weapons, Fighting, and knowledge he constantly fed into her desires to make herself better stronger. She adapted quickly soon discovered to have a talent for adapting to anything her sire threw at her. Over time, she came to love him deeply eventually forgiving him for what she felt was a sin on her soul and loving him unconditionally. For a while for once Briella was happy, She had found hope in her new life and a companion she felt for life. They traveled across the world together, and he spoiled her. She was given just about anything she wanted. Her love for him never wavered, but she began to see slight changes in him over time. They were slow at first but his eyes seemed haunted, and he always seemed to act as if the weight of the world sat on his shoulders.
That was until the apocalypse happened, as the zombies began to destroy the world around them, and their food source began to dwindle Lorcan had once again seemed to find a reason to live. He had worked hard with the other vampires of Chicago to help turn the city into the Sanctuary that it had become. For a while their lives were good Lorcan Valcorne had seemed to return anew fighting with the worgens of the area to keep the city and citizen's safe. Briella was by his side through it all. She didn't see the way his eyes had started to dull the way he had stopped responding to her and the weight that seemed to return. The years had caught up with Lorcan and finally Briella awoke with a scream one day as she felt the death of her sire ripping her from her day sleep.
She has struggled for weeks now trying to move on because she knows that is what Lorcan would want. He wouldn't want her to give up as he had and follow him into the sun, though there is nothing more at times that she wants to do than just that she has resigned herself to take the pain and loss of her sire and start over somewhere fresh. Requesting a transfer from Chicago to New Vegas, she has hope that she will find a reason and something or someone to fill the void in her life that her sire has left behind.

Rp Sample: The sound of the win danced over the rooftops of Chicago. Her eyes closed to the glow of the moon above her. It had been several nights since she, and her sire had seen each other. Sure that he would be here tonight. She had made sure to finish her rounds on her shift before her few nights off. It was the time that Briella looked forward to the most. She knew that he had been distant as of late. The change in him had started again, and the worry of his well being had started to plague her once more. The shift of the breeze brushed the long crimson locks away from her eyes. The crease started slow at first then eased fully to one side baring her crystalline gaze to the sky. He was late. She could tell just by the barest hint of the moon's movements in the sky. Pushing from the side of the building in which they had made their home, she turned to walk back inside. Morning was coming soon. Their time would be up, and it would be another week almost before their paths would cross again. As she moved to the room, they used for resting its walls complete stone sealed at dawn to keep her or her sire or both at the same time safe. The click of the sound of the lock in the door caused her back to tense. It was already that time? Perhaps he had been detained and would contact her soon to explain.
She hadn't remembered much her mind seemed then to skip time in periodic spasms as the minutes supposedly passed by. Unable to tell the exact time as it usually was she began to doze waiting. It started with a slight pressure then the singeing pain turning to a searing torture of fire ripped through her. Starting awake with a gasp and then an ear-splitting scream Briella realized it was just the sound of her own voice echoing from the nightmare she had just had... every dawn since the day her sire had taken his own walk in the sun Briella awoke the same way. It hadn't happened that way the first day but, her mind had seemed to make it believe that was the way it had went ever since.
Her hand shifted up brushing through the wild array of her crimson curls. One rogue curl bouncing back to hang within the way of her gaze. Full lips plump and kissable parted slightly allowing the pink dart of her tongue to tease past moistening her lip. God it had been a night of crazy fights, frights and insane citizens who just seemed to blur into another. Since Lorcan had chosen to leave her Briella hadn't been resting well. She had to get out get away and clear her mind. Stretching she limberly climbed from the bed as if she were a night-blooming jasmine flower opening to the moon's glow. Moving towards the shower she turned on the water and began to rinse away the tension of the night. She knew what she would have to do. The trail of the waters beads ran over her skin making her realized she needed nothing more than to get away. To follow the paths over the wastelands towards New Vegas. She would have to request a transfer.
Her movements were fast then as she slipped from the shower flicking off the flow of water with the flick of her fingers to the shower lever. Heading back into her room she began to dress slipping on the dark mesh special suit she was issued by the Chicago VSF. Lacing up her boots, she began to load her weapon holsters with all of her issued gear. The thoughts of leaving slipping through the waves of her mind and lifting the veil of repetitive despair that had been held over her being as of late. Grabbing her keys to her rooms she headed out towards the chief's office with determination on her features and haste in her steps.
The time it took for her to get to her superior's office several others had already arisen and watched her curiously due to the change of her mood. She had barely knocked before she stepped into her superior's office. "Sir..." her gaze locked on him, and she offered him that smile the one she knew he secretly longed for, for so long. " I know I have been of reminiscent memories as of late, and it's finally plagued it's last plague of thoughts on me." She moved to settle her frame on the edge of his desk. The toe of her boot tipping the chair before her back, The chairs back knocked on the door and caused it to slam shut. The lock flicking into place from force alone. " I can no longer be happy here. " Her fingers curled to his tie as she pulled him closer. " I would love... if I could be on the next convoy of transfers to New Vegas. I would make it worth your while. " As always, Briella was adaptable to her situation. The coy way she smiled at him, the teasing taunt of pleasure and pain given to chief Knight's form with the slight tightening of his tie pulling him to her had him wrapped around her finger. " You always wanted to know just how limber I was chief Knight... I'll show you." Leaning so close her lips taunted his. A gentle nip of her fang given to his lip.
A couple of hours later she exited his office, zipping up her uniform a smirk of satisfaction on her face, and her free hand straightening her wild crimson locks. Her sire had taught her to never give up until she either got her way or someone showed her a better way to get her way. Letting some of her co-workers know she had to go tonight she had a lot of packing to do. Briella headed back to her sire's home for the last time ever in Chicago.
