blackheath, north carolina is just like any other progressive city with a shore line.
everything is a little relaxed, surfing takes up most for the day and people love
partying the night away. on the surface, blackheath is like a small scale new
york. the night life is active, the shopping is good and suburbia is just a hop,
skip and jump away from the active night life. the schools give good grades,
the doctors and police all work hard and give the town a great reputation. the
mayor smiles and kisses the babies head near election time and on the
surface it is just like any other coastal town.
and then if you talk to the right people, pay the right money or maybe just
stumble into the wrong building on any given night you find out that the happy
good times that you see in the paper and on the street actually runs on dirty
money and illegal company. the town of blackheath is really owned by a mafia
style group headed by christopher grants. nothing happens in this town without
him knowing about it. everyone is on his pay roll somehow. and if you want to

blackheath could be a dangerous place to live, but there is an order to the
chaos and christopher takes good care of his town. after all who needs a mutiny
