Night time, her favorite time of the day. After a long day of training with the global city security, which had involved her blacking out yet again, she needed a drink. Not much for people though; she forced herself into Arabian Nights. It was the only place she would go in because the action in the ring entertained her, slightly. Sitting at at table behind the crowd gathered around the ring, she sipped on a glass of vodka and watched the fights. Pain. That was what entertained her; and watching two individuals inflict pain for fun was one of the only things that could make her smile.
Her eyes drifted away from the ring as she sipped more on her drink. She wasn't there for the drinks or for the fights. She was there for the same reason she came to New Vegas; the same reason she went anywhere in the city. She was looking for something; not entirely sure what specifically. She'd come to the city to prove her father wrong. He'd always said vampires were terrible creatures. He'd said they were selfish and hateful. So far, they hadn't been too bad. Of course, she was treated better than a human. Perhaps her father had love for humans; but why? Why would he care for the lesser beings? Didn't he think they should be ruled by something greater? After all, weren't they the ones who'd created the zombie virus?
Her father had been right about one thing: vampires weren't the kindest of creatures. They weren't cruel, but they weren't kind either. She was okay with that. It wasn't like she was going to settle down with one, or anyone for that matter.
"This isn't even going to be a fair fight." A spectator sounded near her.
She turned her attention back to the ring. The men were roughly the same size, but one had experience flowing out of his ears, the other had alcohol flowing out of his; but this one had twice the determination as the other. This would be an interesting fight; very interesting.
