Physical Description: He’s been told he has an adorable smile, and when he does smile, it brightens up the room. He tends to smile, when he’s up to something or in a good mood. Not many can tell the different between the two smiles. His eyes are dark brown, deep pools of dark chocolate color. His hair dark brown, and short, but long enough to have fingers be ran through it. It can be seen messy, some call it sex-hair or it can be slicked back, and well groomed. There are times when he will have a slight five o clock shadow, or he has a clean shaven face. He’s tall, standing about 6’0”, and built. He was in good shape as a normal human, but being made into a techa-human made his form slightly larger.
Attitude:He is fiercely loyal to his vampire partner Mathias Leveque. He would do anything to please or protect the male. His attitude depends on the day, situation, and person. Normally he’s a calm and collected person. When it’s a serious and dangerous situation, he’s still calm, but very serious; he doesn’t bat an eyelash at criminals begging for their life. To some it might come across as cold hearted, he calls it doing his job. When he’s with Mathias, he’s relaxed and almost seems happy. But other times, he’s rather sad, and seemingly very depressed. He’s not to the suicidal point yet, but the thought does cross his mind.
Abilities: Besides the fact, he has the strength and speed of five men, enhanced vision and hearing, he has the ability to know when people are lying to him. He watches their movements, the way they breathe or twitch. Other thing he can do is calculate what his opponent is going to do, seconds before they do it. Such as, he knows when someone is going to do a roundhouse kick, seconds before they attack him.Though sadly we cannot read vampires, which does irk him a bit. But he does have his weaknesses, he’s very depressed, this causes his moods to change quickly. His loyalty to Mathias is also a weakness, if someone were to harm Mathias, Ryan would do anything to get revenge, even kill fellow VSF or break severe laws. When Ryan uses his gifts to much, he tends to get very weak and feel very ill.
History:Even though he has no memory of it, he was born to his mother and father, becoming their second born son, and younger brother to Nathan Elliot. After he was born, his parents were dead. He was separated from his brother shortly after, the death of his parents. Years passed since then, and he lived out his life, like a normal human should. But he wasn’t a normal human, like his older brother, he was a mutant, but held different powers. He found this out on accident of course, it was scared him. It was when he was 14 and was reading a book for school, or close enough of a school in Haven. When school bully was about to snatch the book from him; Ryan saw it was going to happen seconds before, it did. He grabbed the bully’s wrist, and threw him against the desk. He found out he could, see what people are going to do or say seconds before they do it or say it. Then he had the ability to tell when people are lying to him. He still found love, in the arms of another man, he felt at peace with him.
But that all changed when he found the man he loved, as in the arms of another man, behind his back. This tore him apart, of course his lover said it wasn’t true, and was only faithful to him. Ryan knew better, his abilities showed him the truth. Ryan ran away from Haven, just to get away from the pain and betrayal. Soon after he ran away, he was captured by vampires. They forcefully did experiments on him, changing him from a mutant into a techa-human. It nearly killed him at first, he felt sick and extremely depressed, he wanted to die and get it over with.
What seemed to be forever, it finally ended, and seeing death of fellow mutants was done. He was taken to a vampire named Mathias; a blood bond was formed between them. Since the blood bond, he was forever loyal to his partner. He learned that Mathias was to watch over him, to care for him. This made Ryan upset at first, he didn’t need to be watched and cared for like some child. But began to understand, when he saw fellow VSF members kill themselves; he was no longer upset over it. Since being partnered with Mathias, he has once again fallen in love. He feels that it was meant to be with him. He’s become very possessive over Mathias, and refuses to let anyone have him.

RP Sample:Ryan frowned as he twirled the pen he held between his fingers. So far the citizens of New Vegas were behaving themselves, and not breaking the laws. Which was a good thing of course, and which meant he didn’t have to worry about much. But it also meant more paperwork, he hated paperwork, it mind draining and boring. He let out a sigh, and moved away from his desk, he pushed against the chair, and like a child, spun around in his chair. This brought a grin to his lips; it made him feel like child once more. But he stopped this action, and stood up, he ran his fingers through his hair, making it go messy, the way he liked it. The techa-human walked away from his desk, and went to the window, staring out at the city.
He laid his large hands against the glass, and leaned his forehead against the cool surface. He sighed, again the coolness made him think of Mathias. He smirked, and flicked his tongue out against his lip, wetting them. He moved away from the window, and made his way to the exit of the VSF building. He wanted him some air, and being outside might help him think. He sighed in bliss as he felt to surprisingly cool air of New Vegas hit his flesh. He leaned against the outside wall of the building, closing his eyes. He crossed his strong arms over his chest, and began to let his thoughts wander.
It was nighttime already, which meant his shift was nearly over, if it wasn’t already over. It also meant Mathias was now awake, this caused Ryan to smile. “Mathias” He whispered, the name rolled off his tongue, like a prayer. He opened his eyes, and pushed himself off the wall, and made his way back into the building. He could feel that Mathias was awake, it make him nearly quiver with anticipation. He took off his VSF uniform, and dressed in his daily normal clothes. It was tight jeans, which showed off the muscles in his legs. A red soft silk shirt, but he was too lazy to button it up, showing off his defined upper torso. He slipped on his boots and brushed off the dust the collected there. He looked in the mirror, checking his appearance before leaving his job, and making his way to his partner and friend, Mathias.
But recently another man has caught his attention; but not in the same sense at Mathias. He's seen a man on bulletins and television that is currently running for Mayor of New Vegas. That man is Nathan Elliot. Ryan is drawn to this man, he feels a connection to him.
