Physical Description: Standing in at a rather unintimidating 5 3'' Lilly is a thin well-proportioned young women. She has crystal blue eyes, a button nose and thick full pouty lips. Her bust has always been large for her age and size but compliment her figure nicely. She doesn’t give them out recklessly but when she flashes a true smile her two lower cheek dimples are evident. Her hair is around 15 inches long ending just before her mid-back and is a light ash brown with tints of sun dyed blonde.
Attitude:Lilly is a strong resourceful soul. She knows what she needs and how to get it. She can be brutal and cold seemingly apathetic to others problems, but that is just a mask she wears in order to protect herself, in truth she is very sensitive to her own feelings and the feelings of others but in this harsh world empathy and sensitivity are seen as a weakness. She is neither quiet or loud she speaks when she speaks and tends to have a realistic grasp of the world around her if not a bit pessimistic at times. Abilities: Other then her natural edge over her sapien counter parts, like inhanced speed strength and sences, as well as the resistance to compulsion, Lilly is for the most part without special abilities. She cannot cook, has two left feet and cant carry a tune with a bucket. The only special skill she really has is making drinks. As with all Homo superior her Weaknesses are a toned down version of the weaknesses shared by normal humans with the addition of a voracious appetite and hypoglycemia. History:Lilly was born and raised inside the city walls never having had a glimpse of what lay beyond, her only knowledge of the outside world came from her fathers stories at night of bloodthirsty monsters and the rebels who hunted them. But this was okay with Lilly she liked her life in the city, it was as much of a home to her than any other place, vampires or not. Lilly was raised by her father and two brothers. She didn’t know much of her mother only that she had died outside of the city walls. Her father worked as an architectural engineer for the city and her two brothers worked as security in the Valhalla casino. And life went on like that for quite some time, Lilly being coddled as the youngest staying at home reading or running around the city exploring as all curious children do. That was until a raid one day from the resistance.
Lilly had come to the construction site on the far end of the city where her father was working on a large project for the VSF. She had come to drop of the lunch her father had forgotten at home. It all happened so fast one moment she was sitting on a medal rod enjoying half of her father’s sandwich and the next the site was in chaos. They had come to raid the site for building materials and, Lilly suspected, just to cause general chaos for the Vampires. He had instructed Lilly to run and hide as he ran into the skeleton of the building he had helped design to retrieve something important. That was the last time Lilly ever saw her father, in the frantic confusion of the whole situation the building collapsed with her father inside.
When her brothers came home to the news of what had happened it was only a matter of time until they packed their bags and set out for revenge, it was in their blood to seek revenge, an impulse so strong that it was almost impossible to ignore. And so they left her in the city with the promise of their return after a swift victory. Many days passed, and no one came back for her, and so that is how at the tender age of eleven Lilly was left orphaned. It was only a matter of time before her brothers and father was reported missing. Her fate was almost immanent, she was to be sent off and put in some strangers 'care'. a fate she had witnessed for only a few of her peers but always felt extremely sympathetic for. Lilly hardened her resolve, she would not be a victim of tragedy but a survivor, collecting the generous stash of credits her father and brothers had left her she set out to find her own way.
Claire Ryan had been Lilly's father’s friend for quite some time and she owned a small diner on the outskirts of the burrow. Claire had taken her in when Lilly showed up at her doorstep with no where else to go. She had helped Lilly hide from the VSF and even given her a new life. Claries daughter and Lilly's best friend Ruby had always been extremely frail too much exposure to sunlight weakened her a great deal. But it was this fragility that made life possible for Lilly. By sharing Ruby's identity Lilly was able to avoid becoming part of the system. It took allot of very careful planning but with Claire and Ruby's help Lilly went to trade school for Ruby and in return Ruby made all the blood donations under her own name. Lilly Smith was no more and in her place was Ruby Ryan.
Getting a job at the Valhalla wasn’t extremely difficult she applied under Ruby's name and with her skills as a bartender acquired with the help of Claire she was a shoe in. And at 21 she moved out of the café, got her own apartment and started working as a bartender in New Vegas’ top casino. Another bonus was that working in the Valhalla she could hide in plain site from the VSF, who would ever think that an 'illegal immigrant' would be permitted to work at Thor Ericson's prestigious Valhalla? Hopefully no one.
Rule Code Word:Elek is made of awesome !
Species Code Word:“Skinny caramel macchiato to go”. Clarification Code Word:firefly
Citizens Laws and Vampire Laws Code Words:vampires do not, attack innocent humans.
Rp Sample: The breeze was nice; it felt right even in the midst of all this wrong. Looking over her railing and below at the scurry of people rushing to get to the next location looked almost surreal, how could they still be headed so confidently to their respective places, didn’t they know? Didn’t they know that no matter how hard they worked they would never be anything more then specks on the radars of the truly powerful important beings, the vampires? Where this bitterness was coming from? She had felt it rising in her like bile begging to be purged, the sick feeling of her own insignificance. She didn’t like feeling this way, but how could she go back to her days of ignorance? She had seen it, with her own eyes. Claire had always been like a mother to Lilly ever since she took her in all those years ago, gave her a job in the diner, hid her from the VSF. She had always paid her dues, never broke their laws other then hiding young Lilly, and yet that one souvenir had left her broken stripped of her dignity, it had made her a slave. It was such a stupid trinket, a pair of off white plastic fangs predating the apocalypse by a few years. Claire had traded it off of a refugee from outside the walls: She often traded, bought, and sold things with refugees always bringing home all sorts of foreign treasures. Lilly remembered the day Claire had brought the chunk of plastic to her as a toy, She would prance around her room with the apparatus in her mouth slobbering and lisping her words, she imagined she was one of them, a vampire. Yes when she was younger the race of vampires held her in a fascinated starry eyed awe, they were better. That was what she had been taught and told all her life, they were just better in every way, and without them humans would be nothing. No. The cloud of mysticism had been raised and for the first time she had seen the truth.
