Physical Description: Height: 5'9''

Billie is tall, with shoulder length hair that has a natural soft wave to it. It's often pulled back into a messy bun or pony tail so as to not be in the way. Her eyes are prone to crinkle at the corners when she smiles and have faint age lines already forming.
She has the lean and lithe form of a dancer that works very hard to keep herself in shape by dancing. Though her hands and arms are rough from working hard with different tools and being exposed to welding sparks. She is stronger then she looks from working as hard as she does.
Attitude: Billie is all work and hardly any play. She's serious about her job and profession as an Iron Worker as she's a fourth generation Teirnan and takes her job far to seriously at times. She's rough around the edges and tends to use course language or rude vulgarities from being around many hard working individuals.
Abilities: She has no special abilities other then she has a natural talent for her job, that is more a hereditary skill then anything else. She dance's for her own personal pleasure and is really quite good at it. Though she has not had any formal or professional training in that area.
Her weaknesses,
~She is human and has all the weakness that comes with being such. Can become Ill, and easily killed or hurt badly.
~Belinda also has very poor eyesight at night due to working with bright lights during the day. She rarely goes out when it's dark because of this.
~Lastly she's allergic to Strawberries and they can cause her to break out into nasty red hives and make her very sick for days.
History: Born to Carrick and Allegra Teirnan in the year 2046. The Teirnan's have been Iron workers since coming over from Ireland a few hundred years ago and all the sons of Teirnan's have followed in their fathers foot steps. Even an Apocalypse could not stop them from their chosen way of life. Her father was 22 years old when the Apocalypse happened and was one of a handful of survivors. It was rough living for many years before he was able to secure a position in construction of New Vegas. Where he has stayed and been loyal to the Vampire King ever since New Vegas' creation. He was 50 years old when he finally found a woman he wished to live with and procreate as per the laws set down by the Vampires. Allegra, 30 years his junior knew nothing of the world he came from and was fascinated by the tales he would tell her. They tried many years to have a baby and lost several before managing to have Belinda. She is a treasure to her father for he had almost given up hope that he would have any children at all. Belinda chose to follow in her fathers foot steps and was apprenticed to him as soon as she was old enough. It is a tough job but, Belinda or Billie as she's more commonly known loves it a lot. The Teirnan family is well respected for their work ethic and live very well in one of the gated communities of the burbs. Her father now 80 has passed on all his Iron working knowledge to his daughter and hopes one day she'll give him Grand-babies by the dozen.

Rp Sample: Billie set down her metal spud wrench and rolled her shoulders. She was almost done with the quarter section of wall she'd been assigned to for the day. After several hours of working in the broiling heat, she was more then ready for a few minutes of break.
"Yo, Billie. That wall ain't gonna put itself up." The foreman Pete called up to her as he caught sight of her laying her tool down.
"Yea. And New Vegas wasn't built in a day either. " she called back with a smirk as she looked down at him. Pete had been under foreman for her father and now that her old man retired he had taken over. He was one of her fathers good friends and her god father as well. He gave her a mock salute and wandered off to make sure everyone else was working or to give them grief if they weren't.
Picking up a battered tin lunch box she pulled out an apple and canteen of water. Another four hours and she could hop on her bike and head home, she thought as she took a bite of crisp apple. The days had gotten longer now that her father wasn't around the site. She missed his company while at work. Work just went on and on some days. There was always something it seemed that needed building and or fixing in this little bit of the world. Her father told her many stories of what it was like before, it all had gone to hell in a hand basket. With a sigh she tossed her finished apple core over the rim and dusted off her work leathers. The heavy protective clothing felt more confining then usual today as she worked and Billie couldn't wait to get out of it.
